ASMIRT and NZIMRT are happy to announce that we have been able to successfully confirm new dates for the ASMIRT-NZIMRT Vision 2020 conference.
The new dates are 11-14 February 2021 and has been renamed re-vision 2021.
Please note that this postponement will be an equivalent replacement for the planned event originally scheduled for 14-17 May 2020.
The conference will be held in the same rooms, at the same venue, the Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre (MCEC), just with warmer weather! While we understand that there will be some inevitable changes to the conference program, all authors who were accepted to present at the conference remain as part of the program (at this stage on the same days and times as in the current conference program.
We understand that you will most likely be extremely busy at work and with your family lives at this time, and we would like to assure you that there is no immediate urgency to contact us regarding your participation in the event. We will be in touch in the coming months, once things have hopefully started to settle down, so we can gauge your potential attendance at the conference.
Registrations which have already been booked remain valid for the 11-14 February 2021 ASMIRT-NZIMRT conference. For those who have registered and are unable to attend the rescheduled event, refunds will be available. Please note, refunds will be available up until the end of November 2020, so we encourage you if possible, to hold onto your registration until you know whether you can make it to the conference or not.
If you require a refund urgently, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make a priority of processing your refund.
All accommodation has been cancelled, and we have rooms available for the dates in February at most of the same hotels. If you wish to book new accommodation please contact Rebecca at Inhouse Event Solutions email@example.com
We will be reopening conference registration in August and will close early bird on Thursday 19 November 2020.
